Ash was an absolute star serving on the tills, put up with our awkwardness outstandingly 🙏

I absolutely hate shopping but eith an upcoming skiing trip (1st time) I made my way to the store in Cambridge and prayed someone would help me swiftly get what I need. Enter Lexie! She must of noticed I was completely overwhelmed and came over with a smile offering her assistance - what a relief! She was so helpful and knowledgeable and instantly made me much more relaxed. She guided me around the store and helped me pick out everything I needed and even stuff I didn't know I needed, lol. It definitely would of taken me ages without her help so for that reason I had to come on here and leave a glowing review. She is an asset to the store, thank you so much for all your help. Any skiing tips for me?! lol. 10/10 for customer service, she is an asset to the store 🙏

Really friendly staff. Odd store layout (the camping accessories are NOT with the camping gear in the camping section), but staff made up for that.

I was served today by Gezz He was extremely helpful. His expert knowledge of the stock and where to find exactly what I was looking for saved a lot of time and resulted in me purchasing more items than I would have done without his help. A very enjoyable shopping experience.

Being unsure of certain fishing equipment I asked Gezz for some help. He was extremely polite, patient, knowledgeable and helpful, answering all my questions and helping me choose the right equipment for me. He also explained how the Go Outdoors club benefits work and made joining really easy and financially beneficial.
There is a huge range of products for all outdoor hobbies ranging in price from very affordable when on a budget, to the more expensive brands. The store is bright, clean and well laid out making it very easy to find what you're looking. A truly great experience and one which I will be repeating for summer outdoor fun.

Went in today to have a look around, the staff are so helpful, staff member Richard was exceptional with his customer service. He even took it off this own back to go to the tills to arrange 10% off from a display item I want to buy. I didn’t even have to ask. That’s an awesome thing to do.

I’ve just returned to the UK after spending 15 years in Sunny Queensland, Australia.
I needed a warm coat and quickly.
I saw Go Outdoors at the Bee Hive Centre and purchased a lovely warm jacket.
I was assisted by Gezz who was extremely friendly and helpful. It was simply a great experience. Something I wouldn’t normally experience when buying a jacket.
I would definitely shop for other outdoor items at this store.
