GO Outdoors - Carlisle (Express) Reviews 

I visited the store to get new boots. Upstairs I was greeted by Helen who helped me find the boots that I needed. She was a welcoming and helpful face through my entire time in store. Thank you to the Carlilse Go Express team.

Very helpful staff in the footwear department.

I was served by two lovely young ladies, Louise & Sarah whilst purchasing some walking trousrers and T Shirts. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they were both knowledgeable and very pleasant.
I was also well advised of the Go Outdoors members club prices and also that I could have blue light discount too! 😊 A quick & efficient service complete with a smile & politeness making it a pleasant shopping experience, I will definitely be back .

Store well laid out found items easily

I called into Carlisle store to enquire about a click and collect order. The lady in the shop ( unfortunately I don’t have her name) was tremendously helpful. She found the order and gave me a tracking number. However the order seems to have gone astray and we could not locate it.
So to sum up; experience in store- first class. Experience of my first on line order with you - very poor. Communication is non existent and I have no idea when or even if I will receive my purchases.

I visited Carlisle branch with my parents to purchase walking boots, we were served by Gav and a lovely lady upstairs who were back and forwards to help with sizes, we never felt rushed and went away with shoes for my mum and boots for my dad. Our footwear was delivered to the counter where the manager Lesley took payment, also very friendly and efficient and was a lovely surprise to get a little extra off the price, was a pleasure to shop here, thankyou ❤️

Really good experience in Go Outdoors in Carlisle. Helen was really helpful and knowledgeable.

As always, a cheerful, friendly response to a telephone enquiry for stock availability/size - which led to the item being reserved until the next day, tried on and purchased within 10 minutes of entering the Carlisle store. It's good to feel a valued customer, and always have a welcome and enjoy a bit of banter with the store manager and team.

Hayleigh provided outstanding customer service. I was also very impressed with the manager of the store providing discount and also explaining the Rab wash/coating service which I wasn’t aware of. Will definitely be purchasing more items from this store due to the staff service within the store 👏👏

We were served in Carlisle Express by Xen, a most courteous and well informed assistant as we searched for a waterproof men’s jacket. He listened to our request and our disappointment that previous jackets were NOT waterproof. He was so helpful and supportive, suggesting a Berghaus coat should meet our requirements. He also made us aware of their 10% reduction and suggested we return a previous Berghaus( not the one which leaked!) for a new zip. Thank you Zen.

Recently grown fond of this shop and its brands. Staff are always very helpful and friendly. Most recently helped and advised by Sarah in Carlisle branch who was great and very friendly. Will certainly go back whenever I need something for our adventures.
