Faultless service at Carlisle Express
All round excellent service. Living half an hour away I asked if they could hold a pair of trousers for me, this was no problem. Very friendly and efficient service from Sarah when I got there - thank you. When I asked if they could match the trousers to an online price this was quickly verified and granted. Nice dressing room area to try things on. Very lucky to have a few Go Outdoors near me, first time I've been to the Carlisle Express store though, and it won't be the last.

Brilliant service in the Carlisle store , Lesley and the rest off the staff were excellent. We ordered a tent online that was damaged didn’t get much help from phone support. Then Carlisle staff were fantastic and couldn’t be more helpful, will definitely be back . Rob

Xen and Luke served me today for a new Rab hoodie, Xen was incredibly helpful with setting me up with the members car which helped make the cost of the Hoodie much cheaper than any available Hoodie of the same kind that I can find online. I have visited Go Outdoors
I have visited Go Outdoors, Carlisle several times in recent weeks as I am planning a walking trip in Europe.
I am always greeted in a friendly and welcoming manner. Today I was served by Sarah who was very helpful and kind. She was polite and patient.
I always seem to leave the store with a spring in my step having had a pleasant interaction and grabbed some bargain in the process.
Another 10/10 for Go Outdoors, Carlisle.
