I went in the Carlisle Branch today to look for new walking boots to start the New Year with. I was served by Xen, who couldn't have been more helpful and polite. Found a great pair of boots and was then served on the till by Sarah, also really polite and friendly. All staff that were working in the shop on New Years Eve were a credit to the Company, great customer service, excellent. Especially after they had all just had to deal with a particularly rude customer before me. Can you please make sure this review gets back to them.

I ordered an item in store and the…
I ordered an item in store and the assistant who served me was very helpful and informative and explained it would take 3 to 5 days for the item to be delivered in store. Infact it only took 2 days. I was advised by e mail both by the carrier and the company of exactly when it would be delivered. It was an excellent all round service. On top of that the item I ordered was exactly what I wanted and was great value for money and great quality.
