Loved how it’s set up with plenty of room to browse.
The only downside side was that we wanted to try on some of the waterproof jackets but because of all the security loops connected together this meant we had to ask for an assistant and I didn’t want to be watched trying stuff on so subsequently didn’t try and therefore didn’t buy.
Staff that I felt with were very friendly, polite and chatty especially Luke

Gus was very helpful

replacement tent pole for sendero 4
popped in earlier in the week to try and source a repair to my Sendero 4 tent pole following storm damage. Met Luke who was massively helpful, and recommended popping back in to size up the poles so we got the correct one. Again Luke a massive help today with sourcing stuff to repair tent poles. Very impressed with customer service and definitely will be shopping here again

Luke saves the day
I visited your Cheltenham store to pick up some last minute camping supplies. I had some issues with my membership and couldn’t access online due to the lack of signal. At the till I was served by Luke. As I explained my membership situation Luke was quick with the solutions and resolved my issues promptly. I was very impressed with Luke’s customer service as well as all their support that they offered not being pushy at all and very friendly. In all of this I had forgotten the gas for my new stove, once again Luke saved the day by suggesting if I needed gas. All in all what began as a stressful experience was soon turned around by the wonderful staff.
I would recommend suggesting to customers that they sign up to membership at the till rather than online.
