Excellent service in your Cheltenham shop.
I was in your Cheltenham shop last Monday to ask about camping equipment. I was served by a young person named Luke. The service was excellent, she is very knowledgeable and took time to answer my questions and listen to my requirements even though I didn't commit to buying anything.
Together, we managed to put together a list of camping items that would be suitable.
If I can find the money, I will go ahead and buy those items. Luke was brilliant.

comfortable footwear
The range of footwear available in my size and quality was very good and this gave me several relevant options. Also there was a member of staff who came to help, and was very knowledgeable about the products - which was invaluable. The staff were helpful without being "pushy" (which would make me want to leave a store, to be honest). The very helpful member of staff was called Andy.
