I was helped by Neil to buy some walking boots. He was very knowledgeable but didn’t overload me with technical stuff. He was able to answer all my questions and he was encouraging about my walking challenge.
He was also helpful regarding setting up a membership to go outdoors which we requested.

The staff were so helpful today with all my questions and pointed me in the right direction. Neil has so much knowledge and cleared up a few questions I had about about base layering and hiking clothing for the colder summits. Luke once again at the till was so friendly and just makes the whole shopping experience easier

Store was laid out well. I found some great bargains using my membership card. Staff were helpful and friendly. Tom served me at the checkout. It was his first day but he did well with guidance from his colleague Luke.

We visited Go Outdoors in Cheltenham on Friday on the off chance of a gift for a rugby coach. Becks greeted us and was able to take us to the items we required. We were then helped by Luke at the till who explained how we could save money on our purchase and also very kindly took my sons rubbish. Overall a great experience.

I received expert advice with patient and friendly service from Luke, Morgan and Emmaad. This was much appreciated as we got everything we needed for my daughters first D of E camping trip. In particular Morgan patiently helped us with getting the right shoes and equipment and navigating the store for what we needed. Great experience and service thank you all.

Walked in the store and was greeted by Becks on the door who pointed me towards some great deals throughout the store. Was served by Luke on the tills who made sure I got the very best prices using my Discount card and Scouting discount. Very kind staff and great offers.

Visited the Cheltenham store twice in the same day. First visit to look at rucksacks, then second visit to make purchases. On first visit, conversed with Ollie who was actually sorting some stock in the area where I was looking. Ollie was helpful, chatty and knowledgeable. Advised him that I would pop back later. On second visit, was greeted by Luke who again was helpful and knowledgeable. Was able to ask questions and get answers that helped me make my decision. Both Ollie and Luke looked enthusiastic and more than happy to help. Keep up the good work:)
