Extremely good customer service received from Luke. Answered all our questions and was very friendly, chatty and had a good sense of humour, in a very professional way. We would return to this store, for the service we received from Luke, alone.

We went in today to get DoE gear for my daughter and the member of staff called Neil was exceptional! He was sooo helpful! Made sure we had everything we needed and gave us so much useful advice. He really is fantastic! If you need DoE advice, Neil is your man! Will happily return for anything outdoors we need and see Neil. Top guy, top service!!

I phoned in the morning and asked 'Leah' if she could look on the shop floor for a couole of items - she happily did this - put the items aside for me and was very friendly and helpful when I called into the store to collect/buy them

Staff were really friendly and helpful. Full of information and mindful of budgets. Easy to talk to and full of helpful tips.

Great selection at store. Looked for a couple of things one does not find easily and got what I wanted. Really happy with what I bought, which I think will serve me for many years to come. I bought trousers, great backpack going at a really good price, multitool and a couple of minor bits, and through membership made an extraordinary saving. The staff were helpful without being obtrusive, and the girl at checkout was great. Altogether a happy experience. I will be back when I need more!

Had a great experience in Go Outdoors Cheltenham, big spacious shop and lovely staff. Big thanks to Emaad for helping me try on near enough every walking shoe in the shop, patiently listening to my requirements and turning what is usually a highly frustrating process for me into a breeze. Very professional, calm, personable and knowledgeable too - gave me plenty of detailed recommendations about brands and features that might suit me in the future. What a gem. Ended up walking away with two pairs of shoes instead of one. Thanks, Emaad!
