Had a great experience in Go Outdoors Cheltenham, big spacious shop and lovely staff. Big thanks to Emaad for helping me try on near enough every walking shoe in the shop, patiently listening to my requirements and turning what is usually a highly frustrating process for me into a breeze. Very professional, calm, personable and knowledgeable too - gave me plenty of detailed recommendations about brands and features that might suit me in the future. What a gem. Boots out of stock but ok online.
While the boots I wanted had been sold just before I arrived at the store I was able to order online and have them delivered in a few days. But I needed to get my discount card registered which I had done earlier.

Completely incorrectly priced my purchase (over £300 spent) and only discovered the error on my return home.
Now have the massive hassle of either traipsing all the way back to Cheltenham to argue the toss or sucking up the overspend.
