Really pleased with my experience at the store. Leah really helped me in choosing which coat I needed/wanted her knowledge was great. I actually bought 2 different coats to help with different weather conditions that I wanted. Also to Ben for serving at the tills.

Scarpa Ladies walking boots
We went to GO Outdoors for a pair of ladies Scarpa walking boots. Andy was very helpful and brought out several different sizes. He then explained how a different model of Scarpa boot might fit differently and proceeded to bring out several more boots to try, and encouraged my wife to have a wander around the store and try them on the terrain frame. We ended up with a pair of boots that my wife finds very comfortable and have improved her hillwalking experience.

Choosing some walking shoes Alan was extremely helpful and knowledgable about the features of the shoes I liked the look of, especially when explaining the difference between those stating they were waterproof and those that featured Gortex. Rebecca and the checkout was also very friendly and helpful. Overall a very good experience.

Luke at the till was incredibly helpful, professional and courteous and is a real credit to Go Outdoors. If I were a competitor, I'd definitely try to prize him away.

Found what I was looking for straightaway. Friendly & helpful staff in footwear section. Luke on tills was personable & professional, particularly when a rude customer waiting to be served after me started swearing, huffing & puffing, & knocked stuff off shelf as he barged past.
