Excellent and efficient staff.
I encountered two staff members today, both of which were extremely helpful and friendly. I didn't make a note of the gentleman's name who helped me locate the items I needed, but the lady at the till was Athena. Both were amazing today. Keep up the good work!

Changing room experience
I was served by Mollie at the till who was wonderful and helpful.
I asked someone if I could try on a few pairs of trousers and was let into a changing room. When I came out there were no staff around to help me return the trousers that didn't fit. It took me a while to find the right place and pick up a pair in a different size. There were 3 staff talking at the front of the store. It would have been nice if someone had stayed close to the changing room.

Great range of products and found the perfect item.
I was able to find the items I was looking for. They have a fantastic range of products. Mollie was particularly helpful at the checkout explaining how to add the membership card to my Google wallet

Awesome customer service
Great selection, very tidy and super friendly staff. Special thanks to Athena who was on the checkouts, she went out of her way to get an awkward security tag removed off a fleece I was buying as it was the last one. She was so helpful and polite she even gave my dog a free treat.
Absolutely amazing customer service from all the staff today. Best Go Outdoors I have been too.

Camping toilet purchase and advice
Athena and Jodie provided excellent customer service at the point of sale. They were so funny when we came to purchase our camping toilet 🚽! They were friendly and helpful and very very funny too 😊.

I went to get a new day sac. Staff member Liz was so helpful and patient, looking at which bag was most suitable and adjusting all the straps to see which one fitted. You could tell she was really experienced with rucksacks; and was most helpful. Thanks Liz
