Showing items in stock in line. Driven over 2 hours to buy something and they don't have any! Manager Stuart had a terrible attitude when I asked him why this was and I had driven 2 hours.

I ordered and paid for 2 Berghaus recliners to be collected at Coatbridge. I received my email that they were ready to collect and travelled the 90 minutes to collect them the next day. On arrival the order could not be located but we were given items from the shop floor. We loaded them in the car and drove home only to discover we had been given the wrong chairs. These were the compact ones. I phoned the store to explain and was basically told that this could not happen at all. I had to travel the 3 hour round trip the next day to exchange the chairs for the correct ones. Lesson learned to check goods before driving off

Easy to order online.
Easy in store return.
Only minor quibble is that I had to return for a refund and then reorder different size rather than an exchange. Refund did come through quickly.

Popped into the Coatbridge store to get a pair of walking boots and was assisted by Faith who was very helpful and polite.

Been a regular customer since the Coatbridge store opened. Dropped in for new walking shoes. It was pretty busy but Faith was excellent. Thank you.

Coatbridge ship is so much better laid out and actually was nice to shop in it. Karen helped getting my sons boots and the lady who works on tills with glasses is always pleasant and easily to deal with

I placed a click and collect order with the store and they had some system issues which cancelled my order but when phoning the store they advised they had part of the order put by and we could collect. The next day the store was showing an item from our order as available online so we contacted the store again before visiting another store instead. The store couldn't be more helpful and they went to look for the item. They advised that they couldn't locate the item again but the store manager Ross and Reece (who we had dealt with the day before with the issue) came back and advised that we could come and collect a higher spec of the item at the same price of the item we were looking for. They completely went over and above for us. Always so helpful in the store and nothing is ever too much for them

Came in on Friday and Karen was incredibly helpful with helping me find the correct walking boots for me, she took her time to help me figure out what ones were best for me and gave incredible customer service!!

It was difficult to find someone to get help with the boots, but once I did, Cammy was excellent with his help and knowledge! Pity the size I needed wasn’t in stock. I’ll be back soon or order online.

Great help and advice on roof tents. No badgering, had space to look around and then ask for help. All staff were great. Ross and Reece were really helpful, we left with some purchases and have a greater understanding of what would suit us. Highly recommend
