It was difficult to find someone to get help with the boots, but once I did, Cammy was excellent with his help and knowledge! Pity the size I needed wasn’t in stock. I’ll be back soon or order online.

Great help and advice on roof tents. No badgering, had space to look around and then ask for help. All staff were great. Ross and Reece were really helpful, we left with some purchases and have a greater understanding of what would suit us. Highly recommend

I received excellent customer service from Ross on my visit on 4th July. I had a return that I needed help with and Ross greeted us straight away and helped us get exactly what we needed. It also became apparent that my membership hadn't been set up correctly the first time so Ross got all my details sorted out. Super helpful and friendly, will definitely be returning.

Called in today at your branch in Coatbridge with a jacket I’d purchased last year. Having washed it as per instructions it turned out flat and ‘lifeless’ however I was dealt with by Kirsty who on hearing my complaint dealt with it in a sympathetic and although not having my receipt she replaced the jacket. Well impressed with her handling of the situation. Will continue to purchase from Go Outdoors always always find the staff attentive and professional👍

The staff could not have been more helpful finding the sizes we needed. Karen had actually finished her shift but still went to check the stock cupboard

Shop assistant Karen helped us find the correct outdoor boots. She gave us plenty of advice and guidance on fit and how to make the fit most comfortable. We have since used the boots and the advice given made our hike more comfortable

Looking for a pair of walking shoes Saturday 27th June. Member of staff (sorry, I didn't get her name) was very helpful, allowed me to try different sizes and walk about the store before I decided on what was right for me. Settled on the Peter Storm Silverdale II which appear very comfortable and a good fit. Will review them separately once I've used them a few times. Also asked for reccomendation on the best socks to go with them, and once again the staff member was extremely helpful (and patient !!) while a decided on the right ones for me. A great experience which I will happily repeat.

Chloe was incredibly helpful today. She very kindly put a tent aside for me to collect later on as I was at work. I had previously purchased the same tent online and it ripped, it was sent back but out of stock online so I didn’t receive a replacement. If it wasn’t for Chloe, I wouldn’t have the tent of my dreams right now! I would also like to mention Karen who served me when I collected the tent, she was also incredibly helpful
