Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service. I was looking for a new pair of walking boots and a map. I'd made the mistake of running to the shop before it closed and arriving feeling a bit faint. I felt guilty asking for a cup of water but Morgan was extremely professional and kind and managed to find a mug with water for me. As if this wasn't already 5 star customer service, Morgan helped me to find out how the digital OS map offering worked and helped me a great deal in figuring out what type of map I wanted too by offering some alternative suggestions for waterproofing maps.
Morgan also helped me with trying on the boots by finding some sample walking socks I was able to try on.
Thank you Morgan, I really appreciated all of this help :)

Excellent service.
We were served by Dale. We wanted 2 pairs of shoes, which were on display on the first floor.
As my wife was unable to climb the stairs, Dale bought the shoes downstairs for my wife to try on.
Dale also pointed out that if we took out a membership we would get a discount.
We also bought some microfiber towels, which Dale unpacked to show us the sizes.
Excellent service, will definitely recommend.

Good advice
The assistant was very helpful as my membership card was in the glove compartment of my car that my daughter has right now, as I am unable to drive due to spinal fractures.
I had a photo of my card showing the membership number and was advised that I could use this for future purchases.
