A good experience
A good try at horse riding before sitting on a real horse. My 7 year old thoroughly enjoyed the experience - clear instructions and encouragement; choice of simulation; control of speed. She was given a certificate to mark the occasion. Thanks to Jackie for giving her confidence and lending her a riding hat.

Everyone staff member I crossed paths with said hello to me.
I was then served by Millie who was super patient as my 1 year old wanted to hand everything over to her, she interacted with him and didn't make us feel rushed or try to rush him.

Very friendly staff. Store in derby is huge so much to choose from . Clean too. All staff friendly came on the tills when queues started.clothes are such a bargain when you have a go out doors card .

Big store but didn’t have many sizes in the shoes we were interested in. Busy Saturday and difficult to find staff to assist getting shoes to try on. Shoes on website not available in the shop etc. all in all ok but meh

Can't fault the effort of Lee in store…
Can't fault the effort of Lee in store today. They were short staffed but Lee made a huge effort to help us with our queries on bikes. He was able to explain the advantages of getting a proper check of the bike we chose, and gave us all the time we needed to try it out before making our final decision. He made special effort to make us feel valued and looked after, even taking the time to check-in when we were waiting for a bike specialist to become available. We are very grateful and makes us remember why visiting a store is so much more of an experience than online!
