We have also come home disappointed…
We have also come home disappointed after being served by the same girl with no customer service skills. My partner asked her to check for the tags to be removed from the items. She shrugged him off and said she had done it while carrying on a conversation with her colleague. We have come home to find a security tag still inside the coat.... a 40min drive back to store to get that removed.

Good store with some great deals
Good store with some great deals. However checkout was not good with an incredible grumpy young girl. No eye contact and zero engagement as she went through our items. We finally got those after they were wrapped into balls. A lesson in customer relationship in order I think.

I was returning an item without the receipt. The staff were exceedingly helpful in looking at the transaction at their end. There was some confusion as to whether I was a member or not, but they were quite happy to give me voucher of the same amount of money. You don’t always find customer service so good so hot off to them.

Don’t go to the Derby Store
Don’t go to the Derby Store. I was legitimately shopping for a hiking and camping trip I have in the next few weeks and for kit for a youth group I run and received a parking ticket for spending too long in-store.
As it is a big store it would be hard to get through the whole shop unless you knew exactly what you needed and where it is (which I didn’t).
Save yourself the stress of a £60 ticket for spending 13 minutes over 2hrs and purchase what you need somewhere else.
I will never be revisiting here myself.

There is signage within the store advising that customers staying longer than two hours are required to provide their vehicle registration details in-store to prevent a parking charge from being issued.
