Great selection of great items, well spaced out. Although it did take a while to find someone, staff were very helpful and friendly.

Pleanty of choice. All checkouts wete open and no ques. Liam was polite and curtiouse. Brilliant price for my item and as a member couldnot fault the store. Pleanty of staff around to ask questions off.

We were looking for riding boots today and Emma in the Naylors department was fantastic. She was extremely helpful, kind, patient and very knowledgeable throughout our visit. We caught her during what was clearly a busy spell, but she still made us feel genuinely valued and gave us plenty of time and attention.

Thanks to Emma’s advice and help, we ended up purchasing a pair of riding boots, and after she kindly said a jacket looked nice on me, I ended up buying that too! Altogether we spent £430, and Emma played a huge part in that experience. Excellent customer service can really make a difference, and Emma certainly did that for us today. Thank you, Emma!

Fantastic bike service from Craig (Derby branch) made my son so happy with the bike service and tips he gave to him. You need employees like Craig.

Ordered a new tent online but realised I had ordered the wrong one,
Went in to the store the following day and spoke to Harry and explained the mistake I had made and straight away he said it was not a problem and explained that he would issue a full refund and then I can choose the correct tent I wanted,
Harry shown me where everything was that I wanted and even carried it all to the till for me,
I then mentioned that I needed a roof box so he shown me all the ones they had and after choosing one he fetched it out the stock room and brought it over to the till with the rest of my purchases,
He then helped to make sure I got it all in the car,
It’s not that I was not capable of loading the car myself but it was Harry who insisted on giving me a helping hand,
Proper top guy Harry is and a credit to Go Outdoors. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Outstanding service from Paul and the team at Derby branch, online order arrived damaged, online didn't help as wouldn't offer ab exchange but returned the product to the Derby store and got a replacement in no time. Great service, keep up the good work.

We went into the store Monday for 2 uninflated footballs,we're taking them to Africa for the children . Spoke to a lovely assistant, sorry didn't get his name ,and he said he would phone me when they got new stock. He called me Thursday and put them in click and collect for us to pick up Friday. Fantastic service.

Harry helped me pick out a bunch of waterproof options. He was informed and unrushed. He presented several options that suited me at different price points then left me alone to make a decision. Top customer service.

Great service from Layla in the shoe department. She knew the stock and sizes she had. Brought out a shoe and a water sandal and when I didn’t like the fit of the walking shoe, she identified a comparable walking boot and brought out the size I needed, also offered the size above if I needed it. She was also serving other customers efficiently and effectively at the same time, keeping all the plates spinning. All the to and fro she walked from the stockroom, must walk miles!
Well done Layla, I bought two pairs of shoes as a result of the positive experience.

Went to the derby wyvern store to buy walking trainers . The assistant(xaina) couldnt have been any more helpful. Really nice service. Millie at the till nice and jolly👍

Very good service and help from Tyler, explained the foot 360 measuring scanner and then explained which footwear suited my feet. Overall a great experience from the staff.

We were served by Kat, we bought a 4 and 5 year old with us who took a keen interest in the checkout desk. Kat kept them engaged, explained what each thing was and even let them scan an item each. Lovely friendly service, thank you

I would like to say a massive thank you to Emma in Naylors for all the help and support this young lady as given me, having explained my situation that i hadn’t ridden for 40 years but wanted to get back into it, she was absolutely amazing so understanding and talked me thru absolutely everything, nothing was a problem. So much so with the confidence she gave me and advice on what i needed and support i have now gone on a brought my pony, so thank you Emma you are a diamond, and Go Outdoors/Naylors are very lucky to have, thank you

I visited the Derby branch of Go outdoors as I had seen an advert on tiktok. I had no idea that Go outdoors stocked so much fishing equipment.
I was served by a very nice knowledgeable gentleman called Gordon, what a bloke, very helpful, knew his stuff.
I actually ended up buying more than I had gone in for, I will be back.

Harry and Kai were exceptional. Both in product knowledge and listening to what I wanted. Then explaining the options I had. Foot ware there isn’t anyone better than Kai. For everything else Harry is your man .

Can't even find me to print my membership card. Ridiculous.
