Visited the GO Outdoors in Erdington today and all the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Special mention to Liam, he was more than happy to help with all of our queries and helped with our choices on various different camping equipment.

Lots of great help from Emma, she gave helpful suggestions on what items to get, including high quality backpacks and how to maximise space and minimise weight by selecting the right items to go with it.

I visited Go Outdoors on Sunday to purchase items for my daughters Duke of Edinburgh expedition. I'd been to a few different stores and looked at items on online so by the time I got to Go Outdoors I was completely overwhelmed. A member of staff- Fox Civiu Terimte noticed us straight away and came over to help. My goodness I have never experienced customer service like it. He was amazing! So knowledgeable about every item, gave recommendations without being pushy, gave us tips on how to save money within the store and generally just lifted our spirits! Nothing was too much trouble and the rucksack fitting was invaluable. He was such a blessing, we couldn't thank him enough. We got everything we needed and feel prepared for the expedition next week.

I don't normally leave reviews, but after the service I received from Fox Livili Terimte, I felt I had to make an exception.

At 46 years old, I can honestly say that Fox is the most helpful shop assistant I have ever come across. From the moment I spoke with him, he was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right product rather than simply making a sale.

His product knowledge was outstanding. He knew every detail about the item I was purchasing and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, ensuring I was completely confident in my decision. Nothing was too much trouble, and his customer service was second to none.

In a world where great customer service seems increasingly rare, Fox is a real credit to the company. If every employee provided the same level of service, customer satisfaction would be through the roof.

A genuine 5-star experience from start to finish. Thank you, Fox, for your help. It was very much appreciated.

Bought a tent and accessories from this go outdoors. Great deal will defo use there services again. Staff were all brilliant but especially Liam. Very knowledgeable on camping and gave some great advice and help. Wouldn’t recommend these guys enough.

I'd purchased some Merrell walking shoes and after a few months wear the inner heel had worn away, which was disappointing. I showed Emma the original receipt and she was excellent in listening to my complaint and sorting it out with a replacement pair. She was very professional, efficient and friendly. Her colleague Brad brought out the replacement pair for me to try on.
It felt really good to be treated so well and I would definitely return to this shop for future purchases.

Great store, staff were amazing. Fox helped get our daughter set up with a bike that fit here and took extra care for getting it set up before we left the store. Sophie helped get the rest of our camping gear set and couldn’t be more helpful.

After getting all the camping stuff out of storage I headed over to go outdoors with a long list of things I needed to replace and from the moment I walked in my stress and anxiety disappeared Emma was helpful in helping and advising me on the best items her customer service was top tier great help thanks ☺️

I had a great experience at GO Outdoors Erdington recently. The store was well-stocked with a wide range of outdoor gear, and everything was easy to find.

What really made the visit stand out was the excellent customer service. A staff member named Siobhan was especially helpful — friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely went out of her way to make sure I found exactly what I needed. It’s always refreshing to be served by someone who clearly cares about their customers.
