Really nice and easy experience, went into store to buy gas for bbq, Emma and Sophie were so helpful, polite and professional!
Customer service is excellent by them both!

I came into the erdington store for a replacement pole for my tent, I had no idea what I was looking for or doing, but Emma and Sophie were so helpful and friendly! They really helped me and now it’s all sorted, can’t thank them enough!

Bought a car roof tent. They helped us to unpack it and lift it onto the car roof bars.

Absolutely brilliant. We went in to store looking for a tent for our family of 5. We were helped out by Oliver, who was nothing short of fantastic. He was well versed in the products available, gave us practical advice and showed us the essentials to how inflate our tent. When we did make our purchase, Oliver carried everything downstairs for us to the till and even helped us get it into the car. He really did go above and beyond. Fantastic display of tents and accessories in store. Advise anyone looking for a tent and wants to actually see it in person to head here.

Fairly new to camping so decided on GO Outdoors Erdington! To get some ideas and inspiration for our new hobby.
First time here and already impressed with the huge selection of everything outdoorsy! All staff were really friendly and welcoming!
Met Oliver who was incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable about products. The whole place was very well laid out for specific interests!

We went shopping for a pair of walking shoes today which we found thanks to your amazing sales person Rhiannon her knowledge of the products was outstanding and she found the perfect shoe for me .

The staff were really helpful on giving advice and we asked a few of them and they were all excellent. This is why we wanted to go to a real shop rather than buying online. Will definitely be going back.

The member of staff that was brilliant was a gentleman called Fox short for Foxlivili I think, who helped us and got us a trolley and advised. We also had a very nice girl on till called Millie. Both were a credit to the company.

What lovely service today from two staff members Sophie and Emma.
Going to my first festival Emma advised on a tent that was suited to my budget and took it to the tills while I looked for my other items, Sophie on the Till was very friendly and helpful.
Will definitely return to this store.

I went shopping last minute for a driveway awning kit, air bed and lights as well as other camping equipment. The staff were extremely helpful and made sure I had the correct driveway kit for my awning. I was pleased with all of my purchases and the customer service.
