I had a great experience at GO Outdoors. The store had a wide range of outdoor clothing, camping equipment, and walking gear. Everything was well organised, and it was easy to find what I needed. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to answer my questions. Overall, it was a pleasant shopping experience, and I would definitely visit this store again.

Ravenside retail park
I visited the erdington shop in ravenside retail park. The worker Siobhan welcomed me into the shop and asked me do I need help finding the stuff what I needed to buy and she was a big credit to my visit as she stayed with me and spoke with me on what would be better in terms of stuff what I needed to purchase and made me feel at ease buying these items.

Happy Camper
Great advice on buying a tent from Go Outdoors in Erdington. I was looking for a 5 man tent with door mesh, was looking at Vango Icarus 500dlx. I opted for Berghaus Adhara 500 on the advice of Nathan. Same price and size but better water resistance on the Berghaus. If in doubt just ask the staff who are happy to help a happy camper.

Sophie and Emma were fantastic
Served by Sophie and Emma who were incredibly knowledgeable and supportive. We needed roof bars and had issues for days - they were patient and helped us make sure we got the right set. Highly recommend this store and will definitely be returning!
