Refund processed fully and professionally
I bought a GPS unit online from Ultimate Outdoors, and the unit proved to be faulty. As UO no longer exists, I had to work with Go Outdoors to get a refund. After a bit of back and forth with customer services they told me to go into a shop to try and sort it out. I went into the Farnborough store where Tracy was brilliant! She listened to the concern and understood what to do. She spoke to a couple of people at customer services and got the whole refund sorted out without any drama. Many thanks Tracy!
