This store is great the staff are amazing as a wild camper they understand what I need and are always helping me find the right equipment for the occasion weather is snowing at minus 5 of hot summer days they have a wealth of knowledge and always point me in the right direction with amazing service great store

Once again the stellar ladies at Go Outdoors, Grimsby have shown superb service and friendly staff.
Over the years this has made this store in Freshney Place our go to for outdoor clothing, footwear etc.
Always a good selection in store, covering a wide range of price points.
Highly recommended.

Went to Freshney Place Grimsby store to get some good walking shoes for work.
Heather was a fantastic example of professionalism and customer service.
She took loads of time to explain the pros and cons of each shoe and brand.
Purchased exactly what I was looking for and they are so comfortable!

Staff were very helpful and friendly
I went in looking for camping chairs, I had seen the ones at the front door and asked if they had any other ones, the nice lady showed me what they had in and I made my choice. I purchased 2 of the Kentucky ones as at a festival at the weekend

Bought walking boots at Go Outdoors Grimsby. Excellent knowledge and advice from Carol on making sure the boots fit properly. I would certainly recommend going there for boots and will definitely go there again. The staff were so helpful.

Thanks to kat for helping me out today. I bought some north ridge walking shoes I'd seen on line. She recommended them as she wore them herself. She also pointed out that there were other colours too. They had great reviews, I've worn them today, just a 3 mile path walk they were great no blisters really light to wear.

Thank you so much to Heather in the Grimsby store for all your help today. I was completely lost trying to find the bits I needed for my son's Scouts expedition but she found them all for me and advised me on which product was the most suitable. Even though it's a small store it stocked everything I needed and the prices are very reasonable, especially with the membership card.

Pleased with the items I bought for me and my Husband.

Rachel at go outdoors was very helpful in helping me find the right backpack, she was knowledgeable, due to being a hiker herself and made my purchase a joy.

The staff are amazing. Very friendly helpful and knowledgeable. Helped me find exactly what I was looking for with patience and understanding.

Excellent personal service, as always. I'm now having to use a rollator, due to a bad back, and the concern shown by the staff, was second to none. It made me feel very special, and just illustrates the continued Excellent service by all the staff at Grimsby. I always buy from the shop, for this reason, its so much more personal than buying on line. I bought some new walking trousers and Heather even remembered the make that I prefer. Can highly recommend.

Bought a pair of Scarpa walking boots ( Women's Terra GTX) from the Grimsby store. Faye was very friendly,helpful & gave me time & space to try a couple of pairs on. The lady on the till was also very good. Couldn't ask for better service, well done!
