GO Outdoors - Grimsby (Express) Reviews 

I have been looking for some new trainers for my holiday to Turkey . I went into store today as Heather had told me Merrell had some new designs out . Saw the new blue and black ones and bought them . They are both comfortable and sturdy.

Excellent all round experience will definitely shop there again

Carol was friendly, knowledgeable and was very happy to help. She advised me to join the go outdoors club, which offers large discounts on certain purchases.
When I realised the fit wasn't quite right, I called and asked if it was possible to save a particular boot in a couple of sizes for me to try the next day and they agreed with no hesitation. I returned the original pair and received a partial refund. I would definitely recommend Go Outdoors Grimsby

Really happy with my purchase which was online because store did not have my size in stock. Docked one star as I would expect the online purchase to be packaged but assistant produced the item loose and unpackaged, as if just stock pulled off the wall display.

Rachel oh my god . Firstly well priced clothing But the Staff at the great grimsby branch, so helpful so knowledgeable and friendly. I know i was spending money but Rachel who served me was brilliant friendly funny helpful and welcoming. I have not been served , I feel like I've made a friend

Went to the Grimsby store to purchase Merrell walking trainers , MOAB 3 Gore Tex as I have had 2 previous pairs.
We were served by the most helpful assistant Carol , who heads lots of knowledge and after trying a few pairs on , settled for the Merrell Accentor 3 Gore Tex , so comfy , a really great fit and at a very good promotion price .
Carol certainly knew her product and couldn’t have been more helpful , a delight to be served by her .

I would like to thank Faye for helping me pick some walking shoes.
I was going to get a cheaper pair which wasn't waterproof but with fayes advice bought a better waterproof pair.
When i shop here i always find the staff helpful and attentive and they always get me the best products and deals.

The wife & I popped into Go Outdoors Grimsby for a browse, and due to the friendly, helpful & knowledgeable staff members Heather & Carol we ended up spending £84. Makes such a difference having happy people serving rather than miserable, unhelpful ones.

I went into the Grimsby Go Outdoors store yesterday to buy a pair of trousers as always Heather and Co was very friendly and patient with me helping me find the right pair. Sorry I can't remember the lads name who assisted me but 5***** to him for all his help yesterday! Thankyou.

Faye in the Grimsby store helped me find some lovely hiking trainers for my trip in Feb, really patient and knowledgeable!

Rachel in the Grimsby store helped us well and advised us on the purchase of a new Rab parka for my wife. In fairness we have never had anything other than first class service in the GY store. Nothing is ever too much trouble and the staff there go above and beyond and give advice and recommendations based on personal experience.

The service given today by Rachel was amazing, she’s really helpful and in depth with ensuring you get the best equipment for your adventure. I would encourage people to go to that store with the service provided today. I look forward to returning.

Looking for walking boots and Heather? (Branch manager I think) helped enormously with sizing and quality advice in such a friendly way. The Grimsby branch will continue to be my first port of call for all things outdoors 👍

The assistant couldn't have been more helpful, gave some fantastic advice, very knowledgeable on item i was duying,nothing was to much trouble, was extremely personable, friendly.
