The main stores are quite a few miles…
The main stores are quite a few miles from where I live so couldn’t be bothered driving there so opted for the delivery to the small local store. Delivery didn’t take long so I could pick it up while I was on my dog walk. Win win.

We were walking in the Peak District…
We were walking in the Peak District and had got thoroughly soaked. My wife went into the Go Outdoors in Hathersage and bought trousers and fleece top. The assistant was so helpful and kind. She helped her find the right trousers and let her use the changing rooms so she could put on the dry clothes before she left the shop.
The discount card is a god send.

This is only the second time I have…
This is only the second time I have purchased items from this company. Once from the shop and once online. In the shop I was advised to become a member and this made a massive difference to the price. The assistant was extremely friendly and helpful. My online experience was just as good. So simple to order and my item arrived on time. The quality was excellent and will continue to use outdoors in the future.

Yet again super service from the staff at Hathersage shop. Not the biggest shop by any means but staff are fantastic, my wife is deaf and they go out of their way to ensure she is well attended to. Cannot fault them!

I bought walking boots from the store…
I bought walking boots from the store in Hathersaw, no staff was in the upstairs shoe department despite several customers there looking we had to ask one to come up. I did buy a pair of boots I was happy with, the price on the ticket was £130 with 20% off with a discount card. At the till I presented my card and paid £117, only when I got home and looked at my receipt I noticed that this was only 10% discount. I rang the store the next day and was told that this was correct and some sort of anomaly with the till, I felt I had been scammed and will not be shopping at Go Outdoors again.

Shopping for boots
I called in to the Hathersage branch of Go Outdoors to buy some walking boots. Didn't know what I really wanted but Charlie was very knowledgeable and attentive and gave me some good advice. I am very happy with my boots and would definitely go there again. The staff were very friendly and the shop had a good atmosphere. All round great experience. Thanks once again Charlie

Waterproof Coat.
Tried on a new waterproof coat but it was too small and they didn't have a size bigger. The assistant was very helpful, got the new size from another branch and even got it delivered to me within 2 days. Fabulous service and at a good price.
