Charlene at Hathersage Go Outdoors was v helpful and patient. I got a great pair of waterproof over trousers which saved me from getting soaked as I went up Grindslow Knoll. Coat price match, 10/10
Came to the area and had forgotten my waterproof jacket. Had already ordered one from a rival company which hadn’t turned up. The staff here not only matched the price but beat it! I got the jacket I wanted there and then, at a better price. The staff were friendly and helpful. I was very happy with the customer service and presentation of the store. The two staff members who served me are deserving of recognition.
