Saw some £25 walking shoes on the rack by the door which looked ok. Went in to try them, they were OK but my wife found some for £50 which were much more comfortable, so bought them.
I was going to TKmax to find a coat, doh.
Staff very friendly as usual.

Aaron, Georgia and Mel were very helpful on a busy Sunday morning where they were running around like headless chickens making sure every customer was looked after. My partner tried on multiple shoes and all three staff members supported her to get the perfect one - thank you for you conscientious and helpful manner.

We were struggling with completing the list of stuff needed for DofE and Georgia helped so much. She gave lovely anecdotes and helped us pick what we thought we needed and gave tips and tricks as well. Thank you Georgia (2264)

Very good service received from Tom when buying a pair of boots. Informative, friendly and knowledgeable but not pushy with it. Really appreciated the way he helped.

The staff. I found what I needed straight away, but then was guided through becoming a member and getting my Peter Storm jacket cheaper. Very nice man in the Horsham branch, no pressure and customer focussed.

I was looked after by your very helpful assistant Sarah. She kindly brought several pairs of walking shoes from your stockroom for me to try on. Thanks to her help I bought a good pair of shoes at a good price.

The staff were available to help where needed but allowed me to browse. (I detest being hovered around when trying clothes on.) Having been allowed to browse I ended up buying three different jackets as I liked all three. I was surprised to find some wellie-type boots too which I also purchased. HAD I FELT PRESSURED BY PUSHY STAFF, I WOULD HAVE LEFT WITHOUT BUYING ANYTHING! Great value for money, especially with members discounts and some being on the end-of-season sale.

We visit our local store and with the help from Andy he found the correct size muck boot which fitted perfectly. Thanks again.

The prices were reasonable, the store was clean and it was easy to find everything. The staff helped us with what we were looking for and were friendly and helpful.

I went in today for a pair of walking shoes. The choice was excellent as was the stock. The young lad that served me 2264 was very helpful and gave me plenty of time and seemed to have good knowledge of the shoes

Good experience with Ben providing helpful advice which enabled me to make a proper informed choice. Great shop with wide range of clothing. The membership scheme is recommended. Will definitely shop there again.

Andy and James served my wife and I. She needed new boot and a decent down jacket. Both were very knowledgeable about the products and made sure we got appropriate discounts. Very pleased with both Mammut boots and a Rab jacket as well as a few other bits. Definitely recommend.

Great value service good

Generally when an assistant offers to help we say no thank you. We are so glad we said yes please to Mel who was engaging, knowledgeable and helpful despite us having a multitude of requirements. She went searching in the store room a number of times, was positive and chatty and knew her job. Thank you Mel !
