Great service from the staff in the shop in particular Elaina.

Elaina and another woman were extremely helpful, helped us find a size we need in wellies and were so so kind, smiles all the way through and amazing service :)

Layout of shop easy to navigate.item i had gone in for wasnt on the shelf but the staff were more than happy to help.checked theyre system,found it was instock and oromptly weng to get what i wanted.staff very pleasant and helpful.served by Elaina at the checkout who was very cherpy.

Easy to order online for click and collect. Emailed when available to collect from, reasonable prices, prompt and cheerful service from staff, what more do you want, any queries sorted there and then , no problem. Cheers.

I came with my autistic grandson looking for a camping toilet to help with potty training and Lewis really helped me choose which was best and helped getting display ones to show me and taking them down from the shelf to let us find the right height as my grandson is 4yrs old ,he talked me through different ideas and we chose the perfect potty and my grandson is now doing amazing on it so thank you Lewis for all your help its made a huge impact in potty training, great service he was very patient with us lovely lad!!! Credit to your company 🤩

The customer service provided by Leah was excellent at the Hull store today.

Great shopping. Went in for a bike and initially couldn’t find staff but then managed to find Leah. She was most helpful knowledgable person going. Spoke well to us and explained all the procedures. Even when there was an issue with the members card she wasn’t flustered and talked us calmly through it. Well done Leah. The bike is amazing and a great price about £80 cheaper than any comparable model elsewhere, Compass Free Rein 20”. My boy loves it!

I ordered online to pick up in store, over a week later I telephoned the helpline to ask about my parcel, I was informed my parcel was available to collect in store.
No contact was made to me to inform me my parcel was ready for collection from the clough road store in hull. So if I hadn’t contacted the customer service I don’t even know if I would have received my goods, which I find very disappointing.

Just can't believe that my order, placed on the 12/5 is still not available to me on 20/5 how much longer do you need to supply this item? I expected to call in and pick up after no more than 3 days. Shocking service, and I had to make telephone calls just to get my members card updated.

Staff in the Hull store are very helpful.
Buying on line is simple too.

I’m a keen walker and needed new boots - Hugh was really helpful, clearly knowledgeable and passionate about outdoor activities, and did so with a smile. His friend (sorry - name unknown) was equally knowledgeable and helpful. Both came across as genuinely good people who enjoyed their work. I couldn’t ask for better service, thank you.

To John, my dad came in today with my son as he is doing his Duke of Edinburgh, from the go John helped us, took us round with our kit sheet talked us through our options on each. Very knowledgeable and helpful in regards to purchasing all equipment. Thank you John, your a credit to the team 🔥

I ordered rock pegs on click & collect. The process was easy to order and they were ready for collection quickly. When we went to collect them it was straightforward with a short wait for them to be brought out to us. Excellent service

John was great in helping my brother find some boots for Duke of Edinburgh and did checks to ensure they fit correctly. Hannah & Leonie were lovely and polite on the till!
