Good all round service
Excellent service from the staff (Jasmine, Kerry, Harry and Garry). The product range was great with sizes to appeal to everyone. This is my second purchase from this shop and I would recommend it and its staff to anyone.

Had a very poor experience today
Had a very poor experience today. I went to the till to purchase a top that I believe had been advertised at a certain price. When the item was scanned it came through at double the advertised price. I went over to the item and showed the shop assistant ( sorry don't know the name)- a male member of staff then came over. He was rude, confrontational and aggressive. The item was blatantly advertised wrongly , and yet I was made out to feel like I was stupid for believing the item would be the price that was written on the label.
Had he been polite and apologetic, I would still have purchased the item. As it was, I left the shop feeling irate. I won't be returning. I suggest the male member of staff takes a lesson in customer service.

Great prices
Jasmine and Kerry were both very polite and welcoming . They knew about the boots which I went onto buy and would recommend go outdoors Ilkley for the place to go to and you get to visit Ilkley at the same time , Bonus !

Excellent service from Garry ably assisted by Kerry and Harry. Following a disappointment of a fault in Meindl shoes there was no issue is replacing the shoes so I have already recommended Go Outdoors Ilkley to a few friends.

Helpful staff
