nice helpful and friendly staff
nice helpful and friendly staff. had plenty of time to try on boots, not rushed in any way, which after all they are expensive and cannot rush choosing a good fit. I haven't given it five stars as I also bought a new rucksack on offer at only £9, a eurohike, Nova 25 black. the charge was £11, and £9 was clearly priced upstairs and downstairs. with my discount we spent £274.90 that day.

Once again this was an excellent shopping experience. Alex is amazingly knowledgeable about ladies walking boots (and is 'Clarke's Trained') and was most helpful and supportive. I saved a lot of money!Tia was a breath of fresh air on the till. I will definitely make this my regular outdoor-things shop

Perfect shopping experience
Really nice shopping experience, great range of products for a smaller store great prices and very friendly and helpful staff. We popped in whilst on a short break to pick up some camping essentials, a raincoat for my daughter and my husband picked up a branded fleece for a steal. Staff Tia, Garry and Alex were all to keen to help and nothing was too much trouble they helped with sizing and available colours for my daughter who can be fussy choosing clothes. She came away very happy. Would highly recommend popping into this store when you’re in Ikley.

First time we have visited this store…
First time we have visited this store and we were well looked after without being pestered.
Found the sandals I wanted but, out of stock, so were ordered for me with free delivery!
Went back, after a cup of coffee, and bought a second pair of walking shoes which were in stock so a very successful first, and second, visit. All staff, Alex, Garry & Kerry were very helpful and friendly.
