Excellent service but store layout poor.
Service was excellent but I was disappointed about the layout of the store. I was looking for a waterproof jacket, but instead of finding them grouped together to better compare like with like, each stand held a mixture of items (eg trousers, jackets, fleeces). The jacket I eventually bought was hung on the wall, barely visible and hard to reach behind a different item

I visited the Inverness (Express) branch today. I received excellent service from Robert. We had a discussion about a jacket I found online and whether it was available in store as I had a voucher to redeem.

Walking Shoes
I was in looking for walking shoes that would last and were waterproof. So I was servered i think his name was Jean -luc who was very helpful and suggested a couple of different branded walking shoes and went to get my sizes. I now have a pair and they are very comfy and waterproof thanks for making it a quick and easy process for me.
