I attended go outdoors today and was greeted by one of the shop attendants Sarah she was so friendly, welcoming and helpful it really made my shopping experience so easy , I was in the week prior with my son shopping for walking boots and again the service we were given was perfect. Go outdoors really has hugely improved stocking current and trendy brands and it is now my go to if I ever need a treat and some retail therapy 🥰 thanks team keep up the good work.

Friendly and helpful
Was served by a lovely lad called Scott. Very friendly and helpful. Felt like I knew him and his family by the time I left. I love that! You don’t get that online!
Also it’s a great shop. Right in the centre of Keswick, not miles out of town like other Go Outdoors shops.

Bought the annual membership for £5 which I used in store & got great discount 40-50% off most items so well worth buying the membership. Staff helpful in store in Keswick & found what we needed. Will definitely visit the store in York when I next go shopping.
