Pricing confusion!!
Bought some sunglasses advertised at both £30/£15 but to buy them at £15, I would have to sign up to the membership club that costs £5 for 12-months - so not impressed with the pricing in-store, really skating around the edge of the consumer rights act.

Lovely friendly experience!
We were helped by Scott, he was so lovely and friendly, making jokes with us! He helped find something we thought was out of stock and helped with getting my boyfriend a new go outdoors card with his old one not working! He also informed us about student discounts making our visit really enjoyable!

New walking boots
I needed a new pair of walking boots in a hurry and fortunately Sarah from Go Outdoors in Keswick was on hand to offer advice on the most suitable boots for me.
