Kelly was exceptionally polite, professional and informative when I made my purchase of a Berghaus Pertex M Claggan jacket. She made sure I received my discount and was careful packing the item. She made me feel like I had a personal shopper.
Excellent experience all round. So glad GO OUTDOORS opened in Keswick.
