We're an older couple and were a bit overwhelmed with the range of products. Enter sales assistant Kelly! She gave us her full and sympathetic attention, took us to right products, demonstrated them where applicable, and ensured we got any discount for which were eligible. When in for Goretex repair kit
When in for Goretex repair kit. The website advised me that there was kit available. I queued to ask where in the shop I would find the item. To be told that no such product was available. All that was available was products to wash coats. I tried upstairs where another assistant said if they had one, it would be over there. I found the product, No one was interested helping me or why I needed the product. All interested in selling membership.

Excellent Shopping experience
Sarah ,Shina and Isac were incredibly helpful at suggesting the equipment we would need for the type of walking we would be doing and making sure everything fit and worked well for us. We took alot of time and sarah was really patiant and we never felt rushed. They were also excellant at making sure we got the best value and we would be very happy to shop their again.
