I needed to return an unsuitable item and was aided by Sarah. She suggested a more appropriate item and enabled a straightforward transaction. I am very pleased with the new item of clothing.

Went in for a jacket & hiking trousers while visiting the Lake District, Sarah was so helpful renewed are old membership so we qualified for a discount both professional & polite thank you Sarah.

In Keswick on a break, looking for a quick drying T-shirt Sarah was helpful and friendly, I left with a bargain

Stopped off on my past Keswick for some walking boots I was stuck on which ones to get until Isaac came over and pointed me in the right direction for the level I walk at and which ones would best suit me for what I need them for great lad couldnt sing his praises more

After getting soaked in Keswick, decided it was time for some stretchy walking trousers. Sarah helped me chose and renewed my membership. All good 👍

Couldn't find an item in store, so asked at the till. Sarah not only found it for me but suggested another, explaining the advantages. Great staff.

Visited the store on Saturday 21st and in all honesty all I was certain of was that my boots were old, tired and had split so I needed a new pair.
Sam was super knowledgeable around the footwear, asked questions to find out more about what I was looking for and even gave me advice on how to prolong the wear of my new boots and a reason behind why my old ones had split. He spent time discussing and making sure the boots and insoles were right for me, as well as giving me time to decide (as I can be very indecisive). The shop began to get quite busy, but Sam made sure he tended to everyone that was in. I'm happy with my purchase and thankful for the additional knowledge gained from Sam. Thank you

I was looking for a new rucksack Sam helped me choose a one that fit and was within my price range. He showed me the USP's and checked how it fit, I'm only 5ft 3. I said I wanted to look at other shops before purchasing, however I came back and bought this one from Sam. OEX Vallo Air 28L in red. Thank you for your help

Visited the Keswick store today and had a fantastic experience thanks to Sam. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout our visit. We purchased a carrier backpack, and he took the time to carefully ensure my nephew was safely and securely strapped in. He also walked us through how everything works and answered all our questions with great patience.

Hadn't intended to buy anymore outdoor stuff but we popped in to have a browse. Husband found a pair of soft shell trousers at £57/£52 and a gilet for me. Enquired about membership, staff were really helpful. Nice surprise when the trousers came up at £39...and they fit perfectly.
