Wide fit womens walking shoes, helpful staff.
I was assisted by Simon to find some wide fit walking shoes. He was polite and helpful and very knowledgeable regarding shoes. He provided advice on cleaning and care of the shoes and also a coat I already own. Thank you Simon 😊

Membership is a scam
The jacket we bought was "reduced by £30" to £179 by paying £5 membership. This is a con, as the same jacket is widely available online from other major retailers for £165 without any "memership".
I'll be VERY reluctant to use this retailer again.

Really welcoming staff in Lancaster store.
Isaac who worked upstairs was very knowledgeable with all the products.
Nothing was too much trouble and got fitted with the perfect walking shoes.

Great efficient experience :)
Went in to get new walking boots and wanted to try them on. Simon was great and really knowledgeable, and he answered all my questions to make sure I got the best deal and the boot would suit my needs. I do think it would be helpful if they stocked half sizes of shoes, but I was ok without this time.

Very knowledgeable about footwear
Simon helped my husband find the right walking boots. He was incredibly knowledgeable and gave us excellent advice. He even worked overtime, as we didn't complete the purchase until 15 minutes after the shop closed.

I was served by Simon who went out of his way to help me choose the right waterproof jacket to suit my needs. He was friendly, polite and very helpful with no pressure at all.
