We use Lancaster Go Outdoors frequently, Simon and his colleagues are always extremely helpful, very knowledgeable about products and offer advice and recommendations for the benefit of the customer.
Very much appreciated and we will continue to recommend and use the store for the reasons above.

The 2 members of staff on our visit 14th July were an absolute credit to the company. Both engaged in conversation , very helpful for what we were looking for , not pushy at all .
The young lad who served us was so polite and smiley and definitely seemed happy in his job which is a very rare occurance nowadays. His work colleague guided him through a few things with the till and explained the procedure with patience . It was a lovely experience , even though we only bought 2 water bottles .

Made a visit to Lancaster Go Outdoor Express to get some new walking goodies. The good lady needed some new walking shoes & I needed some T Shirts & socks for hiking. Simon the sales guy was extremely helpful, polite & knowledgeable as were the other members of his team. We got everything we needed at a great price. Not our first visit there & won't be our last. If you need outdoor gear and you are in Lancaster, give them a visit, sign up to Go Outdoors and save yourself some money. Keep up the good work guys!!.

Paul and Isaac were fantastic helping me in-store today, their knowledge and advice was top notch and I am very grateful for what their share on hiking and camping equipment, fitting my new rucksack I bought, advising on an outer layer which I’ve just ordered online, aftercare of products, and even managing my Raynards. Super friendly and helpful, anmd extremely patient with me haha!! I will definitely be back even though it’s not my nearest store. Would 100% recommend.

The guys in the shop are really well informed when it comes to everything outdoors. They were super helpful when we were buying new walking shoes.

We was on a recent camping trip at Claylands in Garstang. Simon at the store in Lancaster was excellent in helping us with offers on items and gave my wife a discount as she is a volunteer with 4th Blackpool Scouts Group. We needed few extra bits for our camping trip. We saved £108.15 in discounts which really helped us out to keep our camping costs low.

I went in looking for a pair of hiking boots and received the most exceptional customer service from Simon. He was extremely knowledgeable on footwear and hiking, and went above and beyond to help my husband and I find the perfect boots. Ehsan was also very knowledgeable and friendly. Overall, the staff at this location are incredible and really provide customers with the best service possible. I would highly recommend this location to anyone who is looking for great products and advice on outdoor activities.

Really helpful staff who were very knowledgeable and not at all pushy for a sale. I would definitely recommend them.

I was served by Ehsan initially. I went back to buy the footwear and was then served by Simon and China. All were friendly, had great knowledge and were helpful. It makes the whole process a lot easier, especially if you're indecisive!

Today I purchased to order and delivered to my home some Salmon walking shoes/trainer.
Simons knowledge in his trade was second there was nothing he didn't know. He was so polite and helpful and really made us feel at ease. A credit to your Lancaster store and a reason we will come back actually. Thank you for superb service today Simon

Store was easy to find, staff were helpful and knowledgeable and very polite couldn't do enough they really went out of there way above and beyond, especially Simon who I think is a credit to your company.

Called in Go Outdoors Lancaster to look at some walking shoes but we're found to be dearer than other online suppliers. Issac said they would price match which they did. Very happy with the shoes and a good experience in that shop

Called into the new Go-Outdoors Expres in Lancaster and had a great experience. Server by a very helpful assistant Issac, who helped me choose a new backpack, water bladder and walking shoes for my upcomming Yorkshire 3 Peaks challenge.
