Fantastic store and great customer service
Walked in nervous with no clue about hiking but wanted some leather boots to add to my blue jean lumberjack aesthetic. A very nice and friendly man named Chinmaya greeted me as I walked in and when I asked him for some advice on what footwear he gave me concise and honest feedback without pushing me to a more expensive range.
Great chap will be coming back.

Exceptional service and customer care
What made my experience great today when I visited Go Outdoors- Lancaster (Express) was being recognised and remembered by staff member Ehsan. I'd been in the shop on Friday regarding my boots having a fault. When I walked in today he knew why I was there and he assisted me in returning my boots and getting me fixed up with a replacement pair which I am very happy with. Simon introduced me to the possibility of me becoming a member of Go Outdoors which I wasn't previously aware of and deftly signed me up. Both gentlemen were knowledgeable about the products in store and were professional, courteous and attentive to my individual needs as a customer. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received today and will definitely return to shop here again. Thank you.

We visited Go Outdoors Express in Lancaster, my husband is no shopper but with the great help of the assistant Simon he purchased walking shoes, shorts and t-shirt! We are not members but Simon explained the system and we now are and will definitely returning to this gem of a shop. So nice to have assistants that are knowable about their goods but not pushy to get a sale. My husband and Simon ended up discussing their love of gardening, lawns and lawnmowers! I won't have any problems getting my husband back into this shop!
