Great staff!

My local outdoor store (Lancaster) has recently become GoOutdoors. I went to buy Nikwax. The sales advisor P. Saal (I hope I spelt it correctly) helped me join, and even reminded me to use my Blue Light Card. He was so kind and cheerful I left feeling very positive about the rest of my day.
