Another excellent trip to this store. We were greeted on arrival but left to it, which is good! When we needed tell it was swift and really good - Linzi radioed a colleague, Jack, and they both looked in stock for us. Found our items, helped with advice on others and alternatives. Really great customer service but not in a pushy way!

I had phoned my local store for some information regarding the colour of the coat I wanted to purchase, the assistant was most helpful. I then ordered my coat online and also my £5.00 card. I am absolutely thrilled with the coat, as I have already got the same coat in a different colour I knew it would be great. I have recommended it to many of my friends.

Lovely man on the till. However I was over charged at the checkout, Served by a blonde lady when I went back the following day to be told oh it was a computer glitch updates hadn't come down from headquarters. That's not really the point !! No apology given.

First time at a Go Outdoors, and what a great place this Launceston branch is.. it seemed to go on forever, with everything you could possibly want for camping/caravanning and the great outdoors I should imagine. Friendly, helpful staff especially Polly, and the lovely young man on the till.. we will definitely visit again.

Having not a large range of experience at looking for the best hiking gear for mountaineering we were incredibly grateful to meet Mandy who had a range of experience in practically everything footwear! From practicality to best value for money everything was covered and we truly left the shop even more knowledgeable than we walked in! Thank you so much for your great service!

I had a warranty issue with my boots. The team there were so helpful and managed to resolve it to my satisfaction.
They are all really helpful and friendly too, which makes the difference.

We were wanting to buy boots and were served by Tom. He was very polite and couldn't do enough for us. We left the store very happy. All the staff were great and the stock was good in variety and amount. Would visit again.

Really good experience here, staff available to help if needed but they also give you time to look and try without the heavy selling pitch.Members discount are brilliant.Store clean bright and well stocked.

I chose a pair of walking shoes but didn't have my size. Tom found me another colour but wasn't to sure. He suggested ordering online and pick up from store. I did this when I got home but my size was unavailable. We went back to the store and I purchased the boots in another colour. Tom was very knowledgeable and helpful.

This is another shout out to Mandy for her fantastic service and knowledge. She was able to answer all my many questions with ease and I felt confident in my purchase.
I returned to the store a few weeks later and she was there again to help me with further purchases.
