I have visited the Leek store twice this week, 10/11th April, and I have to say what great staff you have. On Wednesday, Sheila helped me with buying walking boots, Sheila was very informative and very patient, and Rachel was very polite at the till, I then returned today, 11th April and sue and Jenny, again very informative and helpful with the product I was wanting, overall again great staff in the leek store, keep going ladies your doing a great job 😁😁

Rachel gave my wife and me good advice about a water-proof top and leggings resulting in a pleasing birthday present for me. She was approachable without being at all intrusive. We will certainly be visiting the shop again.

Fantastic savings
Fantastic savings. It was great to find some items on the sale rail that were my size. I bought 3 pairs of walking trousers and saved £150 overall. Lovely staff too.

Walking boots.
I do a lot of walking and saw some walking boots i like. On sale good price. Called in and asked if they'd save me a pair until later as I'd had 2 pairs of these last year and was happy. Friendly staff ,boots waiting for me ,served at once.

No veterans ID, no discount
Accepted the need to buy a membership to get the discounted price, however I could not get the veterans discount as I didn't have veteran ID, despite wearing a Government issued veterans badge.
