Excellent customer service.
The woman that served me was exceptionally helpful. I bought 4 camping chairs and she offered to carry them to my car! What a service. I obviously refused her offer, but it meant allot.

I found a jacket ideal and good price. There were not many items in my size to try, I prefer to try on see fabric size etc find sizes come up small not much room so difficult ordering on line. One staff member excellent very helpful showed me clothes opened fitting room. Other two chatting not fussed. No greeting as entered shop.

Size 12 shoes purchased with ease.
My husband has been trying to get a pair of walking trainers in a large size for ages. He asked ( as usual) what they had in a size 12, only to be told to actually choose a pair he liked as they had most of them in a 12. What a result! The first pair he chose was in his size and fitted.
We also bought a top for our nephew, which was what we went in for in the first place. The shoes were a bonus. Jenny, who served us, was very pleasant and helpful and we are now signed up to the go outdoors club.

I have visited the Leek store twice this week, 10/11th April, and I have to say what great staff you have. On Wednesday, Sheila helped me with buying walking boots, Sheila was very informative and very patient, and Rachel was very polite at the till, I then returned today, 11th April and sue and Jenny, again very informative and helpful with the product I was wanting, overall again great staff in the leek store, keep going ladies your doing a great job 😁😁
