I went into the Leek branch to buy a new pair of trousers. Unfortunately they did not have my size in stock. When I spoke to Rachel (the store manager) she rang the Macclesfield branch, ascertained that they had a pair in my size and ensured they would hold them for me until I could collect them next week. I could not ask for a more polite, professional and satisfactory experience. Thank you

I love this shop

Small store but big on service
I needed to get to a store in order to assess garment size for the clothing I wanted - far less hassle than ordering online and then hoping it's going to be OK. Go Outdoors rescued our holiday!
Go Outdoors rescued our holiday! One of us needed walking boots and a kagoul...we had less than one hour till we had arranged to meet up with our crew. How lucky were we to be served by Shelagh who was knowledgeable, kind and not pushy! We were walking on air as we exited the store. Now having a great holiday in the peak district, very much helped by the great gear we bought.
