Went in for some new hiking boots and found a great deal. Better than that, staff member Rachel was probably the most cheerful and helpful retail worker that I have encountered in a long time! Really good experience, thank you.

Fab little store, friendly team, lots of choice
Warm, friendly welcome into the store initially.
Shelagh on hand for support in respect of footwear choice and guidance. Extremely helpful, knowledgable and friendly.
Although a small store overall lots of choice and variety and some good offers.
Would highly recommend!

Shelagh is the best!
Stopped in just to buy some cheap emergency boots - but left with a much overdue purchase of some proper walking shoes. Shelagh was incredibly helpful in deciding and differentiating between the three options I had chosen, as well as being very helpful in describing what exactly it was I should be looking for. I am quite satisfied with the shoes I chose and appreciated Shelagh’s support (and patience) a great deal. Thanks Shelagh!

I joined GO in January. Since then, myself and my family have purchased boots and a few other items. Service generally very good and friendly.
Quality of boots questionable, but you get what you pay for.

Walking trousers are good, but not in my first choice of colour.
Wanted the same walking trousers I had bought a few months ago. The shop had the same size and make, but only in black and not grey. Bought the black ones and they are very good.
