Assistants were very helpful and I was pleased they introduced me to your membership, am looking forward to some good quality bargains !!

I am not sure which store this regards, so I shall do both.
Stockport: Having seen the shoes I wanted online, I went to the store to try a pair on. The staff were brilliant, however, they did not have my size in that style. The staff member, did recommend other shoes, told me the pros and cons of each, but I decided to wait. Excellent service, friendly staff and a nice coffee shop to mull over the decision.
The coffee shop was really nice, the lady serving, I don't know her name, she was young and black, was delightful, courteous and efficient.
Leek: I went in on passing as last time I passed it was a Millets. It is only a small shop and as expected did not stock the shoes I wanted, the ladies in the shop were very helpful. I explained that I did not want to buy online as I have no desire in playing tennis with the postal service until I got the correct size.
"We can have a pair here on Tuesday." And so they did. Great service, friendly staff.
And the added bonus of my member discount.

Excellent products ar very competitive prices. The staff in the Leek branch are always so pleasant and helpful. Its a jot to shop there.

I wanted a short, light jacket for a plane trip. The assistant, who obviously knew the stock well, was able to show me various options.
Go Outdoors is always my first choice when shopping for outdoor wear.

This is a difficult one to grade as the Leek store were absolutely spot on. Jenny was above and beyond helpful. However, Jenny and I discovered that other stores do not take data protection seriously.
My membership account has been tampered with and details changed when I renewed my membership in Hanley. My address is now registered to someone else and my email was deleted. Some lucky guy called Dave has had his membership renewed. You're welcome Dave!

The staff at the LEEK BRANCH were, as always, extremely friendly and helpful. The product I bought was exactly as advertised and I am thoroughly delighted with it.

Went in for some new hiking boots and found a great deal. Better than that, staff member Rachel was probably the most cheerful and helpful retail worker that I have encountered in a long time! Really good experience, thank you.

Stopped in just to buy some cheap emergency boots - but left with a much overdue purchase of some proper walking shoes. Shelagh was incredibly helpful in deciding and differentiating between the three options I had chosen, as well as being very helpful in describing what exactly it was I should be looking for. I am quite satisfied with the shoes I chose and appreciated Shelagh’s support (and patience) a great deal. Thanks Shelagh!
