Very impressed with my experience
I went into go outdoors because I needed sturdy footwear for hiking and I wasn’t too sure what to get. The team at go outdoors were super knowledgeable! They allowed me to walk around wearing the boots to ensure comfort, and they took time to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I was served by Jenny, which she was very helpful and understanding, and she also explained the pros and cons for the boots in different weather conditions which I very much appreciated as it helped me massively. Overall I was very impressed with my experience in go outdoors- leek and would recommend!!

I received excellent service this…
I received excellent service this morning from Rachel, in the leek branch. My walking poles were in a bit of a state after altering them for a friend to use and she managed to put them right for me. Shout out to Rachel who went above and beyond with helping to fix my poles.
