Popped in just to browse. They had a good range of outdoor clothing and accessories. I spotted a small rucksack that was on offer and bought it. The quality was excellent and extremely good value .

A community minded store
The staff at the store are friendly, helpful and always happy to help, we have been customers for a number of years. I also work for a local charity who has been lucky enough to be nominated by one of the colleagues to be a recipient of one of the company charitable grants. Not only are we hugely grateful for the donation which is much needed and will help our small charity to continue to do the work we do. But also we are hugely grateful to the colleague that nominated us and the whole instore team that do alot for the local community, we are honoured to be nominated by them, and thankful for their community spirit.

Jenny was very helpful. She showed me all different options and the one that was best suited for my situation. Not only that, after purchase She showed me exactly how to use the product. Item Needed Was In Stock
Called in on the off chance they stocked a pair of Craghopper Classic Kiwi trousers in my size even though the GO website indicated otherwise. Jenny was most helpful and disappeared into their stock room to emerge with a pair of Craghoppers that was not only the right size but also in the desired colour. You don't get this level of attention in the main stores. Brilliant service thanks.
