Extremely happy
I had the privilege of dealing with Tricia. Very new to this hobby and did not have a clue what to look out for. She spoke at great lengths and not just to make money for the store, but from using her own experience. I've now got the perfect boots for my adventures. Refreshing to have helpful staff that actually know what they are on about!

Helen was really helpful today. I was looking for Hiking Boots and I have little knowledge about the best and most suitable boots for my needs.
Helens knowledge was very informative and I left feeling confident that my purchases were perfect for me. Will most definitely shop here again.

I was looking for walking shoes and had quite specific requirements. I was served by Gareth who listened very carefully, brought the shoe I selected in 2 different sizes for me to try, and then suggested something else for me to try which was a perfect fit. Gareth was very knowledgeable and really understood his stock.
I left the store feeling that I had experienced excellent customer service. Thank you.

Straightforward, efficient and friendly
I went into the shop with a specific purchase in mind and came out with exactly what I wanted.
The service was efficient, friendly and spot on.
Unfortunately I forgot the name of the woman who served me, but it was around 3.30pm, so it should be easy to identify her.

I was served by Ashley.
I was served, by a lovely young gentleman called Ashley, from the moment I walk into the shop, to me purchasing a aquarobe pro, he answered all my questions, with a lovely smile and cheery attitude, and cared who he was serving.
