Nothing too much trouble, took time to explain & demonstrate best boots for our needs. Wanted us to be totally satisfied with what they recommended. Gave us confidence that we were buying the right ones. Comfort & longevity is what we were looking for, this cannot be rushed.

Staff were very friendly and Gareth was very helpful.
Staff were very friendly and Gareth was the staff member who served me. I was after some trainer socks that were not on the shelves but he went upstairs and got some from the stockroom for me. Was very helpful and sorted us right out. Would definitely recommend this shop.

Tricia was really helpful
Tricia was really helpful. Short staffed though! Had to come back as there was only two people to man both upstairs and downstairs. Not practical in the summer. Cannot fault the customer service considering the circumstances though
