Tricia & Gaz made the experience very memorable and easy, offering us expert advice and tailoring the profuct recommendations to our needs. My only issue was with the store as my dad walks with a stick, the stairs were very difficult for him and what we needed was upstairs. However, that's nothing to do with the staff who were exceptional!

Suberb staff members
After ordering items online and having order canceled then reordering, to then go in-store to find out it was not available for collection. The staff at Llandudno Ethan and Cally where friendly and very helpful despite my possible grumpy attitude. Having realised I had made a mistake they were happy to continue to help me regardless of my autism and any difficulties I had with company process. Then traveling to the Bangor store to find out my phone had ran out of battery. To the rescue Nia who was happy to lend a charger so I could pay for my items and have a successful camping trip over the weekend.

Helpful sales staff, good range
Ethan was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about what we were looking for. He was honest about which brands and products matched what we were looking for and at the right price points. He was never pushy but suggested some things we needed on top. We are very happy with our purchases and would recommend the shop based on our experiences there.
