The staff were helpful and friendly; not crowding me but keeping an eye out in case I needed help.
They pointed out I needed card to get best prices and think they waived price of it, so I'll be back.

Friendly helpful staff
Attended the store today 11th June. Friendly greeting as I entered the store. I was asked what I was looking for and given directions where to find the items. I went upstairs to another friendly greeting. The store assistant was busy with another customer. I quickly found the items and went to pay. My card had expired so I requested it to be renewed. This was easily done by Ashley.

Good unbiased advice
Marhin helped us choose trekking poles - we weren't sure on the best ones for our needs. He also advised on insoles for walking shoes but suggested we should bring the most used shoes in so he could look at the gait and the foot before advising. No hard sell, easy conversation and sound advice. What's not to like!
