Friendly helpful staff
Attended the store today 11th June. Friendly greeting as I entered the store. I was asked what I was looking for and given directions where to find the items. I went upstairs to another friendly greeting. The store assistant was busy with another customer. I quickly found the items and went to pay. My card had expired so I requested it to be renewed. This was easily done by Ashley.

A very helpful and courteous Ashley made our visit a pleasing experience. Great store and well stocked - I was looking for a lighter weight fleece and found exactly what I was looking for so I bought 2 !

Good unbiased advice
Marhin helped us choose trekking poles - we weren't sure on the best ones for our needs. He also advised on insoles for walking shoes but suggested we should bring the most used shoes in so he could look at the gait and the foot before advising. No hard sell, easy conversation and sound advice. What's not to like!

The service! Two young men served us and both were a delight. The acting manager Ethan was so personable. I am not a fan of shopping, but good customer service reminds you of the good side of real shops! Also got a great deal on some sandals and a rucksack..

Walking Boots
Lots of choice and lots of sizes in store.
Excellent customer service (Tricia) - calm friendly and knowledgeable.
I could probably have purchased the boots more cheaply online, but it was worth paying a little extra to be able to come home with boots that I know are comfortable and fit me perfectly
